[Camelina microcarpa was known in eNfld. (field in St. John's) from a 1911 report by Fernald and Wiegand (CAN 61368), and from wNfld. from three agricultural collections by I.J. Green (Reidville, 1972; Cormack, 1976; and Robinsons, 1981; SWGC). An eNfld. report was referred to Lepidium perfoliatum by A. Sabourin (1992). An agricultural weed that has not persisted in Nfld.; Camelina macrocarpa is now considered ephemeral in Nfld.]
