[The first verified Labrador reports of Sagina nodosa are from sLab., in frost-disturbed areas and gravel pits on calcareous substrate E and W of L'Anse-au-Clair, S.J. Meades, NFRPP, Aug. 17, 1999; subsp. borealis has since been found as far north as Makkovik and Voisey Bay (ACCDC data 2015). See G.E. Crow (1978) for distribution maps of Sagina species.]
