[Astragalus robbinsii var. minor is known from St. Paul's inlet (Bouchard et al. 1991) and Barr’d Harbour Hill in nwNfld. (J.Maunder, Digital Flora). Labrador reports of var. minor are based on collections from sLab by Morisset and the NFRPP 1999 (MT). Specimens of A. robbinsii var. fernaldii are referred to A. eucosmus (Sokoloff 2010, Sokoloff & Gillespie 2012); however, not all resources recognize this nomenclatural change. The basionym of Astragalus robbinsii (Oakes) A.Gray is Phaca robbinsii Oakes.]
