[Lycopodium clavatum is largely replaced in Labrador by its northern counterpart, Lycopodium lagopus, however an overlooked specimen, collected by H. Mann (#98-62A) on Aug 6, 1988 from a hardwood stand along the Lower Churchill River valley, was recently brought to our attention, confirming that L. clavatum occurs in Labrador. A more recent report of L. clavatum from cLab. was received in 2019 (S. Blaney & E. Oberndorfer 2019).]
