[The Univ. of Montréal Herbarium (MT) has two specimens annotated in 2012 by G. Mulligan: MT00030789 and MT00033661 (see Canadensys (VASCAN) for full information). The first, collected by Etcheberry and initially identified as S. palustris, comes from Tides Cove in Plancentia West. The second specimen was collected by René Charest and Luc Brouillet at Terra Nova NP. The nativity of this species is uncertain, it is possibly introduced (L. Brouillet, pers. comm., June 1, 2016).]
